Yoga & Mindfulness Addiction Recovery Support for Families and Friends

By combining gentle yoga postures, breath work and mindfulness practices, Yoga & Mindfulness Addiction Recovery Support for Families and Friends provides tools on how to rebalance your nervous system, teaches you how to regulate your emotions and illustrates how the yogic perspective can be applied to those affected by addiction and recovery.
In this course, you will learn:
gentle yoga postures that are both useful for energising and calming to your nervous system,
how to handle situations when you feel both comfortable and uncomfortable,
how to develop the ability to be with your emotions in a more gentle way, and
other relaxation tools to calm yourself down when you are feeling overwhelmed.
This course occurs on six consecutive Sunday afternoons from 4pm - 6pm, starting on 7 July.
All experience levels are welcome, including complete beginners.
The class size is limited to 8 people, so everyone will get plenty of individual attention.
