Hatha Yoga & Meditation Class
A weekly hatha yoga class to explore and awaken the body-mind connection through gentle movements and a guided meditation.
Each class includes a variety of standing, sitting, dynamic and restorative yoga postures. Using our breath, the practices incorporate mindful sequences to strengthen and stretch our muscles and mind in a safe supportive environment. We will end each class with a meditation on re-connecting with our true self.
This class is open to all levels, including complete beginners.
